In an effort to ensure that labs and technicians have the latest information on Growth Rates and how to analyze the data that is delivered by high-throughput microtiter plate readers, we launched a new YouTube channel, with a series of videos that discuss using the GrowthRates program as well as primers on using the command line interface in Mac, Linux, and Windows.
We’ll use this channel to share valuable lab techniques and tips for working in the specialized software tools that enable rapid analysis of growth rate data without having to program in R, Matlab, or Python.
